We are thrilled to have collaborated with ARCO Construction Company on the significant project at NEO Vantage Point Apartments. This opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of residents aligns with our core values. Spanning across three buildings, covering approximately 369,000 square feet, this challenging project underscores our commitment to excellence. This project entails the installation of new NFPA 13 and NFPA 13R wet systems in approximately 269 living units, alongside standpipe system installations.

With 39 years of experience in the industry, Mike, our leading project manager, explained, “The ARCO supervisory team on the NEO Vantage has been very knowledgeable and understanding of the subcontractor’s needs and scope practices. As such, they have helped make such a large project progress in the most effective ways possible. I look forward to working with this ARCO team again, hopefully in the near future.” This positive collaboration shows how dedicated we are to getting excellent results and building strong relationships.

Our lead designer, Jim, shares:
“The Design Scope for NEO Vantage Point included fully protecting with sprinklers two (2) 5-story residential apartment buildings, a basement level of an open 7-story parking garage structure, and a 4-story separate apartment building per NFPA 13R criteria. The complexities of this project included fully-protecting the open-web wood floor trusses and attic roof trusses with Interstitial sprinklers, providing a total of nine (9) manual wet standpipes throughout, two (2) separate system feed risers with floor control assemblies at each level, bird-cage systems for the top levels of each building, a dry system for the garage basement and trash chute protection, and a custom exposed fire department connection to accommodate the local fire department requirements. The total number of sprinklers designed is approximately 7300. This was a project I was able to design completely.”
