When you fill out any form on our site, your information is automatically uploaded to Mailchimp and you are automatically opted in to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send, or by contacting us at info@boyerfire.com.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., which pages are viewed and how visitors found us). We do not display advertising on our site, and we do not use remarketing or retargeting services for marketing or advertising purposes. Our products and services are paid for directly by our customers — we do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site (if enabled), we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to our website — for example, through a job application or contact form submission — please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the site.

No phone or mobile number information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies regardless of any other category described in this policy and excludes any text-messaging opt-in or consent data, which is never shared with third parties.

Business Transactions
If Boyer Fire Protection is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal fata is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no common industry standard for responding to such signals has been adopted.
