In collaboration with KAI Enterprises on the project at Urban League Senior Living Center, we installed a brand new automatic wet sprinkler system. Covering about 41,600 square feet totaling 44 units, roughly 310 primarily residential, semi-recessed and horizontal sidewall pendents were installed in compliance with NFPA 13 and NFPA 13R.

Because this facility is a 3-story wood frame structure, it becomes more susceptible to rapid fire spread compared to non-combustible materials. Fire sprinklers can quickly suppress a fire, limiting its growth and reducing the risk of widespread damage all while prodiving an additional layer of protection, giving residents more time to evacuate safely.
